Born in Manchester, England, Brian Marks has spent a lifetime composing and performing music.
In the early days he played at many prestigious venues around the UK, including the original 'Cavern Club' in Liverpool, 'The Speakeasy' and 'Marquee' clubs in London, sharing the stage with top British and International names.
Latterly, he has turned to composing and recording classical music, mostly based upon various historical features within the county of Cheshire, where he now lives.
As an author, Brians' poetry has been published internationally and his latest offering 'Where Lightning Dances Vaudeville' a largely surrealist work, combines rhyming and freeverse styles. This is a book of whimsical and deeply emotive poetry.
